Burlin Gibson was caring knowledgeable and willing to take what ever time was necessary to make us comfortable. We took his business cards to give to people who expressed an interest in a new car. They will let you test drive a vehicle and if you’re not paying attention to the year on the paperwork, they would change it out to a older year of the same vehicle same model example test drive 2025 accord and bring you numbers to show you on a 2024 so pay attention they’re very slick

I went to Hyundai first to buy my 8th car through them and was disappointed as to how they were treating me. Found a car that was similar at Honda so I decided to give it a try and let me tell you they bent over backwards to make sure the deal happened. I am now a loyal customer of Honda and will recommend everyone I know to go there. The staff is amazing.

Bought a used Ford Explorer and only received one fob. Did not receive the code for the keyless entry. They automatically add floor mats and coating to invoice and car was not detailed. 3 o’clock OK we will be home soon. This isn’t.

Very bad experience. At least 8 different salespeople who did not share my information. Went to meet one of them after my first visit at 8am and he never showed up. Was promised tint to be installed the next morning. Got a call at noon saying salesman didn't show up for work so nothing happened until the next day. Got the car home and noticed only the jack was in the trunk. No tire iron, extension, or way to change a tire. Chatted online to find out what else was missing and was told he would take care of it. ...

I feel after the first day of having the new 2025 Honda accord it shouldn’t have not had problems with the air conditioner if the would have been fully checked and full inspection. Someone was not doing their job. After waiting there the whole day.
They did a.great job of showing me cars and options and offering a drive in the vehicle. When it came time to bargain on trade in and price they negotiated a nice final price that we closed on.

Terrible experience! Made going to the dentist look like a good time! Did I mention it was a horrible drawn out game of wait let’s change the terms at signing. Since then I’ve sold 3 cars to Carvana- they pay way more than dealerships. And bought 2 cars from Carvana. The entire buying process took less than an hour and car gets delivered to the house.
The seller was excellent, according to him he gave me a good price for the car, but when the documents were signed the value of the car went up 11 thousand dollars more.

Worst experience ever. Minimum of 8 different salespeople all with different quotes and none of them talked to each other. Several emails and phone calls were never returned. Paid $42,400 for a car but couldn't take home because of tint. Next day still no tint because someone was sick. Wrote up the paperwork wrong. Called am to correct, pm still no answer.
Whoever trains the personnel is doing an A-one job. Everyone was polite and welcoming and they all knew what their job is and did it well.

The salesman I had was awesome. There’s just a lot of fees after the cost of the car set up fees dealership fees, so it’s really not really the cost of the car. They also made me take financing which I wanted to pay cash for.
