Very pleased with the overall experience. The sales person (Fabian) was great to work with, as was Moe who joined the process towards the end. Additionally, the young woman who helped with changing my insurance coverage was very helpful. The only negative is that I had to wait a long time for the finance person to become available. However, once I met with him, the process moved along very efficiently

Abe was my sales rep, I would highly recommend requesting Abe. He knew every detail of the vehicle. Gave honest advice, and would work with him again if buying another vehicle. I give Abe 5 stars, dealership overall 3 stars due to their online prices not matching what they offer you in the store. I would highly suggest management fix that issue. It makes you look dishonest when you have a price online, and then tell the customer in the store that price is an error.

The sales people arent pushy and are happy to get more detailed info if they dont know everything. Yaritza was very helpful with suggestions and patient when I needed some time to consider my final option. Her sales manager was also kind and helpful figuring out different payment options.

I went in for service on my old vehicle and was introduced to Jerred to assist in looking at a HRV. He was very informative and was able to get my car paid off and get the payment I wanted that was in my range with a down payment. I went from a 2017 Honda civic to a 2027 Honda HRV sport and couldn't be more grateful with his patience and honesty. I absolutely love my new car and just got it tinted. John was very professional and appropriately personal. Very knowledgeable about all vehicles we asked about. Never attempted to push us into a more expensive vehicle or a different style vehicle. Asked specific questions to determine our expectations in the new car (color, trim level and accoutrements) and stuck with those specifics. We will absolutely refer folks to Honda Fort Myers and John specifically. Excellent experience.
Great atmosphere, upfront with information and answered questions directly, no Hassling, came in for a tune up with the possibility of trading, left with a brand new vehicle with no issues or back and forth, Yaritza was great when it came to getting us in and out with our wants and needs.

There was an extreme lack of transparency throughout the process. I was not told the vehicle only came with one key until after all paperwork was signed and I was not told this dealership does not accept outside financing until after my credit was ran and my application was processed. By every team member I was told one thing and then the opposite was presented to me.

I am incredibly frustrated with the deceptive practices at Honda of Fort Myers. I sold my car directly to them, and I was explicitly promised that my check would be processed and mailed to me. It never arrived. When I called this location to track down my missing payment, the staff completely changed the story, falsely claiming that I had used the vehicle as a trade-in credit toward my current lease. I had a bit of a rough start with the salesman John, I hadn’t seen the car and I had been there almost an hour. I was about to leave when Andre and I got to talking for a minute. He was very helpful with the car buying process and made things relatively easy to understand. I appreciated Paris’s patience as we worked out a deal

The sales ppl were very helpful and went out of their way to help at every turn. They were truly great. My only advice to future customers is to be careful on the finance side and take your time reading everything. A 25k car quickly became a 43k loan in which I'll be paying 52k for over the life of loan. That was with 10k owed on a trade in that they gave me 3500 for and I put down 3k down pymt. Again tho, this had nothing to do with sales ppl. They really were great.

Vivian was a little inexperienced and needed more guidance from a manager who was hard to find and we wasted a lot of time waiting on him. Earlier He promised to match CarMax offer on my trade in but presented the final offer with a lower offer. I had been there hours getting up to that point and was late for an appointment. I argued but the manager wouldn't budge. I regret that I didn't walk out.
