The staff we worked with at Honda of Fort Myers were very cordial and attentive. I felt I got a very good deal on a used Lexus RX350 compared to other dealers in the area. They detailed the car and filled it with gas before we took pocession. If I had one issue of concern, it's the amount of time it took to complete the purchase.
Every single thing that was told to us was a lie. Pricing changed dramatically after agreed-upon. False promotions were removed special rates for financing or no longer available. Each time we had a problem a new manager came in to help and was completely unable to rectify the situation. Nine hours was spent on site with three children under 10. Absolutely no extra effort was made to comfort or alleviate any concerns or stressors the entire day. However, we believe in the Honda brand and suck it out and sign the paper. I literally feel xxxxx after buying my car. I was not told about 600 car Matt's or a 2000 dollar roadside protection or the 1200 drivetrain warranty and they never showed that to me on paper or a screen. They say I I initialed that paper but I believe I was scammed. I would never have agreed to those things. I would sue if I could.

Jose Baez, no word better to say about him except for I feel heard during the whole car process. People are so quick to rush you into a decision you don’t want to make. Mr. Moussignac is SNARKY & dismissive; I was only “allowed” a 1 mile test drive on used Honda; while waiting for the finance people, I asked for a charger and an original window sticker; he did not follow up with either request. He “disappeared” several times; once when finance was looking for him and once when he finally came to give me the keys, etc. so that I could leave. Not impressed.

Negotiated everything through email and picked up the car the next day. No games when I got there and everything was in and out fairly quickly. Worked with John Leone who was friendly and easy to work with.
The whole staff at this Honda dealership is very customer service oriented and helpful. Sometimes the credit process takes some more time, but while waiting all the staff members very accommodating and courteous. Finance Department is price gauging and unethical. Doc Fee's in current market are way too high. Electronic fee isn't mandated and very high. Both of these lead to price gauging. The dealership is part of Morgan Auto Group so if you go to another dealer for lower fees, don't look at any of their sister companies. Finance department didn't allow for max money down so this impacted me. Salesperson was the only reason I bought from here but otherwise I would return my car and go elsewhere.

The dealership finance and sales team are not honest. They included over $12k in extras onto the price of the vehicle, then did not honor the price quoted and rushed through the paperwork so it was not noticed. Contacted management after and received no response or acknowledgement. Do not go to the dealership.
Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable regarding the automobile we ultimately purchased. His calm demeanor settled some frazzled nerves after one of the sales managers almost lost the deal. However, Daniel bought in Edens Saini, Sales Manager who was able to resurrect the deal. My wife and I arrived at dealership at 1230 pm. We had to talk to 3 different people for 3 1/2hrs until 4pm. Finally had to sign and initial 34 documents in 15 minutes(30sec per doc).we left with a 2026 honda cr-v and all documents on a computer thumb drive. We found out at home that the initial selling price on buyers order was $2500 ABOVE the MSRP sticker price. We also found out the trade in value of our 2016 nissan rogue (44,000miles) $5950!! which they refused to tell me at the dealership after numerous requests. Buyer Beware! Terrible experience with the whole process. The sales guy was decent enough. The sales manager did not follow through with any of the promises made at the time of negotiations. Also, beware of the many extra fees that they impose and enforce. For example, $600 Honda sedan floor mats that do not fit your Ford SUV which they will not omit from the contract because admittedly that is how they make their money. The financial representative plays games also. And selling a vehicle with no gas is just bad business. Would not recommend this dealership.
The salespeople were understanding and helpful. Even though its their job to make money for the dealership, they helped me get a good deal. Elias did a good job getting the sale started and Yared was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because there didn’t seem to be the best communication between finance and sales, which slowed down the sale a bit. Overall, everyone did a good job.

My salesperson was named Elias. He was absolutely amazing. I usually hate going into dealerships, however I had a great experience. I came in to look at cars and was greeted by Elias. I left without being pressured to buy, and because he was so chill, go with the flow, and relaxed about it I came back the next day and bought the car. He ensured I got everything I needed and more. I recommend him 10/10. The finance guy, Keith, was also very helpful and personable.

I was happy with Robert but not the other people who tried to make me spend more than I could afford. I said SEVERAL time what my budget was and when I finally said no, I can’t come up on price, I thanked them and left. Next thing I know, the are knocking on my car window and said they will match my budget, but continued to say that they were losing money by coming down to my price. REALLY!? That’s kind of business is harassing. I love my civic, did not like the accord at all.

Told no prepayment penalty, until we finished signing documents. Key documents not pointed out during signing - financials page should have been no add-ons, total being financed less than 40k - it was way over that. We both have had credit ratings in the 830s yet we are being stuck with a 6 year loan. Trey greatly mis-led us. Will not have my care ever serviced here. Only satisfaction I have gotten is I have steered to families away from your dealership. I guarantee nobody follows up on this.

We did our research before hand and reached out to the dealership. When we arrived the car was pulled up front, gassed up and ready for an extended test drive. When we returned we worked the numbers which I was pleased with the results. Beginning to end we were in my new car in under 3 hours. I met the GM who was so polite, the Service Manager, Sales Manager and of course worked with Cam. Has a lovely visit with Juan in finance
